Not sure if this thread is still alive and kicking but just in case here's a couple from last night.

The Hung Far Low in Portland's Chinatown. Opened in 1928. Sign restored in 2010.

You're welcome! Glad you enjoyed the photos.

The Hot Cake House is great! Good food and your hair and clothes still smell like hash browns a week later.

  12. I miss some of the old places though. Like The Carriage Room!
Is the Produce cafe still there? I remember Portland when the "Pearl District" was called skid row.

The Produce Row Cafe is still here rolling along. It was a shame when the Carriage Room went down with the Broadway Theater. Mary's Club is still there though.

  14. Not really a sign but still kool... on a building overlooking the delaware river in NJ...

  15. Mary's club will be there until the end of time. For those of you that don't know, Mary's Club is one of the first topless joints in the US. Been there since the 60's. You can Google their website.

  19. Another Portland joint that's been around forever. The site of many misadventures for myself in the 1970's!

  20. Is the old Hoyt Hotel still there? I hope they haven't modernized it's hokey "1890"s theme.

  26. FROM SEMINOLE, OKLAHOMA
Shot this couple weeks back. Mounted on the old bus station down town. Probably built in the 1920's oil boom years. Cafe is closed now but we had a great lunch here couple years back. Guess the business goes to the ugly fast food joints stuck out by the highway. So sad.....

And after the old brick hotel down town burned out someone must have saved the sign. Found this over in the parking lot next to the Seminole Producer newspaper building - about 2 blocks away. No one in sight so I started to load this thing in the back of the truck! Eventually came to my senses but at least got this photo....
