    im no expert, but ill guess. heh.. home made.. they used a shell from maybe a tractor? and welded in some ribs.

    fucked up allis chalmer grill that needs the webs cut back out and put back on the tractor

    I don't think thats a grille. It's a sewer strainer at a Porta John Service company.
