What a day! When I woke up this morning it didnt look too good at all weather wise. Thunderstorms, lighting, and pouring rain was just about to keep the roadster in the garage but the forecast said differently! The cut-off caps came off and we headed out to the USS Salem in Quincy,MA. About one town north the sun came out and soon the temps were nearing 100 degs. and the humidity was about 75%...pheeewww it was a hot one!!

Pulling into the show to such a monstrosity of a backdrop was impressive! You can use this link to learn more about the ship!:

Well, Ill stop my play by play now so you can see some highlights of the show!
Thanks bospacker for putting on an incredible first show!

The Four River Bridge opened! This bridge created my fear of bridges when I was a small child!!

You seem surprised! Of course I made it, even my 9-1/2 month pregnant wife made it. And everybody enjoyed. Great show, awesome place to have it. Thanks for putting it on, bospacker.

Pacing? Maternity ward? Nah, kids'll be at the grandparents, and I'll be at the bar around the corner.

Yeah, right. If I did that I might as well have drinks with a divorce lawyer...

Moose, That grill shell really looks good on the A. What trim rings are those on your 36 Plymouth wheels? Looks like a great turn out, now I feel bad missing it. Bob

Looks like it was a really cool event and a perfect venue. Some *****in cars...That red chevy sled is sweet and the Alter Boy's cars are, as usual, spot on. When did Mark Rogers start running front brakes on his sedan?

Thanks, it's a 32 Chevy shell and insert. The trim rings? I don't know, Eli gave them to me. They are kinda nice, with ridges they look about right.

Yeah guys, I bought it from Tony this winter after my bucket was trashed. The car has been a blast and Tony did one hell of a job. Since I got it I added the new front end, 4 link and air ride. Interior should be done this winter. I'm very proud to own it and Tony has become a good friend.

  26. That looks like one Hell of a nice ride. I'm totally jealous. Sweet ride.
