A 47 Olds convert backed into the parking space at the Hot Shoppes Drive in obviously means that these 2 young ladies were experienced in drive in power parking. A coincidence? I think not. It must be a multi-generational thing.
Cool pic. I think she said her employer blocked the HAMB at work, so her face time is down alittle. That and the fact that it is convertable season here in Michigan. Got to get out while it lasts. You never know, it could snow next week!
GREAT photo Tommy, thanks so much for sharing. I'm gonna have to print that for sure. Yep, haven't been posting much. Been actually doing some work on Big Olds, or I guess you might call it "supervising". I finally found a guy that knows what he's talking about when it come to suspension and braking. Anyone who's seen Big Olds go down the road knows that his rear suspension was never set up right from the begining. The little bitty shocks at the laid back angle were just useless. Spent four hours in my buddy's garage the other day ***isting him fab new brackets, etc so we can put some decent rear shocks on that actually do their job. Plans are to also work on the complete braking system, acceleration, air intake, a few gasket leaks, etc. After 117,000 miles Big Oldss needs some major attention. Will post as soon as I've got enough photos for an interesting thread. Oh yeah, been spending alot of time at our family's beach cottage on Lake Huron this summer. Gotta do something to try and stay cool in this opressive heat.
We're glad to see that you are still kickin', Denise.....and glad to see that "Big Olds" is in capable hands getting prepped for many more cruisin' miles and your big smiles.....Donnie.
