Shoot, pictures didnt load I will try again
yeah. someday I will have a garage. Had my dad's until he moved to South Carolina. Now just doing in my driveway.
This is a great thread, I too had to put my car projects aside this year to get my garage under control. It will be great to open the doors of cars and not hit the walls, or change oil in the snow. In the future it will house my deuce project, '67 camaro, '67 mustang and my wifes 82 trans am.
Here is a picture of the new dormer added to the roof of Jalopy Service. I was reroofing the garage and I thought it would be a cool way to display the sign I bought 10-15 years ago along with the antique light I bought last year at Jefferson.
man I like a lot of these garages... but Kiwi kev's garage is like a museum of hotrod history... I want a garage like that!
We just moved from Brooklyn NY to Austin TX. Finding it harder to find space here, then I did in the City... Who would a thought? I like seeing the "working man's garage"
Not My garage, and WAAAY OT, but I was at a party once and this was the guys garage. Imagine what you could build with the money from selling this bad boy:
Bag limit on deuce grill/shells is only two, in your state. May need to come get one! Nice collection!
Not my shop but haven't seen it mentioned. Nimrod's, a true classic. Link to the garage journal thread.http://www.garagejournal.com/forum/showthread.php?t=3740 Worth the look. Hope this isn't a repost.
My garage is half barn, half garage. The horse stalls are on one side and the concrete floor part is where I do what little work my skills can produce. I try to keep the horses out by doing something simple like keeping the sliding doors closed, but sure enough, if one gets left open both of my horses make dead certain to go inside and take a huge dump. They do it without fail - I think my wife and daughter leave a door open just so they can hear me yelling at the horses. So far they haven't dented any of my sheetmetal, but they sure have perfumed the air.
