All of the fresh air ducting is rebuilt and installed and now the Powergen will be installed. I have to fabricate all the bracketry.
I've been following this build, and I commend you on your attention to detail. That chop is inspiring in it's perfection.
what a cool build.. iv been following this since you started it.. yeah, should of signed up then.. but, whatever.. anyhow, great build.. look forward to future progress. keep up the good work chris.
Haven't been on this thread in a while, firstly let me say I'm so sorry to you and your wife on the loss of her Mom, an inevitability that never gets easier or better. Went through it two years ago with my own Mom. Secondly still totally impressed with your build and your attention to detail even with home done work. Outstanding stuff especially for a poor man....I use the same technique with my ramps....
Sorry for you and your wife's loss. I just found this thread. Simply amazing. Royal, you are a good man.
Oh man Skipper, that engine bay looks fantastical!!!!! Nice looking, clean and a thing of beauty!!! Great to see some updates. If I can finish my car at least I can live through you.
A special HAMBer needed some photos of the car so I installed the grill and took the car outside for some photos.
Skip, The shoebox is sure looking great. Looks like you are getting down to ifinishing details. Bet it will be a true eye popper. Looking forward to the next update. Dave
That looks great, this is one of my favourite build threads and it just gets better every time i check it.Keep it up!
Very nice use of the Chevy grille teeth. That's one of the best shoebox grille swaps I've ever seen, and I'm not usually a fan of '53 Chev teeth.
