Hot Rods HAMB Quiz: What are these tail lights from??

This is a buddies 29 Essex 1/4 miler.

He found these tail lights at the local Asian importers and we were wondering what they were from.
Size is similar to 58 impala,

Anyone know what these are/were? or are they just aftermarket?

 

My guess is truk lite or one of the other truck and trailer light suppliers.

Aftermarket is what we are thinking also.

Harry did a quicky repaint just to get things all nice and shinny for racing season and on assembly he busted one of the lenses that origianlly occupied the 4 holes.
A quick trip down to princess auto (Asian imports) found this pair. The overall width was very close so the original 2 holes per side got oblong-ed into one hole and we slid these in just in time for the season opener.

Thanks again for the feedback, we're now pretty sure that they are just a generic light.
