  3. Here is one I built in the late 60,s Sold it for 2,500:eek: in early 70's. Check out the home made headlight brackets! Hell everything was home made.

    question for you 5 window guys, I've got a line on a ROUGH ROUGH ROUGH 5 window roof and doors. should I buy it and hack apart my coupster project so I will have a real 5 window?? the coupster is in my av.

    Me I would. And given your asking here, it seems that you like 5W and have thought about doing this anyway. I think at the moment your car is stuck in limbo, its not a coupe as it was and not a roadster as it is now. so what is it?

    patch it back together as a 5W and if you heart so desires a roadster I'm sure you can do a swap body wise down the track.

    but end of the day its your call.

    ..I guess this statement applies universally in this thread..

    BTW* Does anyone remember that full fendered red cover car on a late seventies/ early eighties-ish Peterson 'How to build a Street Rod' :)cool:)book ? It was a rear 3/4 shot with a dude checkin' under (full)hood.
    Any info, pics, what became of it ?
    Loved the look of that one.

    The yellow one was mine in 56, sold to Tom Pruffer. The green one was mine in 76,sold to Bill Ewing and the highboy belonged to Red Greth of Speed Sport fame in 54.
