Mike, I didn't know you were on the HAMB! Here is one shot from our photo session that night. It's funny, if that ballast resistor hadn't of burned out and stranded the car for an hour, I wouldn't have gotten this shot. I'll fire you off more shots of your car later.

PS......the Peckerheads and the Rolling Bones are two of my favorite hot rod clubs!

Wow hey Mike! I didn't know you were on here either. What a great shot!! I can't believe how good the picture is and how good all the other ones are going to be. It was a pleasure meeting you and my son and I had a great afternoon with you shooting my car.

The car is awesome. I was lucky enough to see it a B'ville last week.

I really dig how "business" the engine compartment is.

Is that a PCV off the intake vent?

Hey thanks! Yeah the engine compartment looks great I think, I was able to collect weathered or patina'd parts for it. And yes, that is a pcv vent on the intake.

  19. That's the most beautiful car I've seen in a very long time. You should sell some of the arty pics of the car - I'd buy some.

We could here your car coming from a ways off. I didn't get a chance to look at it close too busey thrashing. Looks good and you did put miles on it in the pits.

    A completely awsome car.
And please take this right, it have been eating me since the first time i saw this thread :)
Wy does it say 33 3 Window?,
When it has a 34 dash, 34 hood and grille?
More or less all the stuff that differs between 33 and 34.

    Is it a Title issue?

August 1949 revisited in my memories, AWSOME, little kid saw cars like these turning down a road on the salt lake under a sign that said races wanted to go see, folks said no time. but was still love at first sight; my undieing thanks as it brought back a life time of memories.
