Not too much to jump up and down about but my prized posession at the moment is probably my Offy 6x2 and '94 carbs. Bought them from a HAMB'er only last week... they sure look cool anyway.

It's no Latham, but I smile every time I walk by the 3x2 w/ 94's I've got sitting on the shelf for my 318 Poly.

  9. Mine would be something I built myself. I have quite a few of those.

I would say it's my kinda crusty Edmunds dual 1bbl intake for a 215/223 Ford inline 6cyl. I bought it at the last Muroc reunion from an old salt who carried out a small load of parts to sell in his bone stock, uncle Henry Model T roadster pick up. I stood there, on the lake bed next to his truck and haggled with him on the price while fellow HAMBer jerry eyeballed the rest of his parts and traded jokes with Kong Jackson. The part itself isn't super cool, but the circumstances in which I bought it sure were. Kinda surreal and magical in a way.

I just wish I had had the money for the cast in brass Sharp 4X2 flathead manifold with 4 strombergs that he had for sale. I think he was asking only $350. Missed that one. Rats!

FS-How about an original TATERSFIELD two carb intake for Chev six banger with linkage attached. I plan to sell it at LA Father's Day.

Either my Weiand tri-power with J-2 Carbs or my Cragar 4deuce with strombergs. Or maybe my spalding duo coil for my olds motor. Although Pauls robot is kinda cool. But I gotta agree with Paul I think it mat be gay.

I've got so much junk it's hard to say which is the coolest. I guess for me it's my 1967 427- 435 hp Chevy tri-power intake w/ 3 brand new carbs (still in th box). I've had them for over 25 years waiting to put them on the origonal 427 engine that's going in my '32 5w. The engine has less than 1500 miles on it (came out of a '67 'vette coupe that was rolled over when it was less than 1 month old). I've been offered some absolutely stupid money for the whole thing but for the purchase price of $125 it's going on a hot rod.

My 413 with Edelbrock CDP6 6 carb manifold, oh, and the Hurst Ram Rod on the 4 speed. Or is it the whole '29 Essex. Decisions decisions......

When I said my chevy tri-power wasn't for sale I didn't say anything about trading. If Plan 9 will come to his senses I'll trade for his Ardun conversion even up if he includes the spaceship in the deal. Of course he pays shipping on both items. :)
