Well, at least he can wear his new Hamb drags t shirt and pretend like he actually went somewhere this year where there was hot rods involved.

maybe Bruce couldn't afford to go?

perhaps he has customers that don't pay their bills?

Nice talking to you and giving me the info on your red bike. I really dig the way you set up your frame & engine. Took several pictures of it and the other bikes. Downloading some pics today and noticed I left off a few - like two hundred or so! Burned up several batteries this weekend. I'll post them when Fotki gets done sometime tonight. :D

  11. Mr. President, I mean Povertyflats, as your head of Security, and sitting in on the conversations with the 3 amigos above, I ran some secret intell on Chadillac. I have determined that in fact Chad is the "REAL DEAL" and in fact he is the true Chadillac. You may now be ***ured that you are dealing with the real deal! By the way guys, it was a pleasure meeting you ALL at the drags! My party of 4 from the CORNHUSKER state enjoyed the drags TONS! I was glad to finally see my old friend ModelAJohn race his BEAUTIFUL ChevyII B/FX down the track, hanging the wheels up for a good 50 feet on launch! Talked to KiwiKev several times and NUMEROUS other guys. I want to thank povertyflats for being a wonderful host again and meeting new friends and old at his POVERTYFLATS shelter, the COLD beer and water was much apprieciated my friend!

Paul, always enjoy seeing you and the Kansas crowd. This year was real special for me, being able to spend almost 2 weeks on the road (Vegas, Huntinton Beach, and Catalina Island Ca. Hoover Dam and the Drags) with my son on the roadtrip of a lifetime. We had a blast and the drags were the perfect ending. Gary

We were in a non HAMB friendly late model Vette, so not really sure this is the right forum for that, but will definetly put up pic's and a little story on Facebook. Gary

Hot time at the old track. Good finally sitting down with you for a few minutes. If you had reason to be in South Omaha Sept.10th, 5 band party at my house.

Nice seeing you again Paul. Our power came on at midnight Sunday, those storms tore up a lot of trees. Check out the video my son Shawn shot of Erics g***er doing a 180 in the middle of the track. We were at the right place at the right time. The video is at youtube 2011 hamb drags hellwagon.......

Great seeing you there, too! I'm still tuning on the Hilborn injecter, hope to have it running even stronger at Ardmore on Labor Day weekend.

We ate at the Cracker Barrel on our way to Springfield Friday, our waitress told us that they way over hired after the tornado to give jobs to those that lost theirs (good for Cracker Barrel)
On the way home from the drags we went through the area hardest hit........ITS BAD.
