Wow, you are an idiot. Since when are Hondas and Hyundais American made or powered. The fantasy world you live in seems like a ****ty place.
Maybe that is why he is bagging it up, lighting it on fire and dropping it in every Goodguys thread!! Seriously Gman, stay in that Possiums Crotch, it suits you.
If your in town bring your kids down....my 2 year old son Henry will be there & he saw "Big Bad Voodoo Daddy @ 10pm a couple of months back....or just stop by the parking lot....last year someone was driving a 'coffin' around. Oh yea, for all you "GG" bash'rs...don't go! I don't go to the event every now & then & I even 'snuck' in one year hiding under a cover in the back of a truck...haha....(sorry KIRK). Chris Sent from my iPhone using TJJ.
Ok, lets get back to our regularly scheduled program.... Here are a few pics of the 54 I am bringing for a customer. The drive train is not HAMB friendly but the outside of the truck should not offend.
He is really happy with the truck and I enjoyed building it, but to be honest I was in it for the money.
I will let you have just that one for FREE! Ha Ha. Thanks for the compliments on the truck. Looking forward to shooting the bull with you in KC Mike
Mike, just so you know Racewriter (who is a friend of mine) is a professional sales trainer and can help you make more sales and make more money. Evil I tell you-----run away!
Not going this year, Dad is flying out to California to buy / ship a cherry '63 nova wagon and we always go together. It is a great show but so dang HOT every year. We're going to Ol' Marais River Run with the "new" wagon instead. Hope ya'll have a good time, there's some wicked cool rides there!
Kirk, you haven't a clue. Honda's are made in Indiana, Camry's are made in Kentucky and Huyundai's are made in Alabama. I guess you haven't realized it yet but that happens to be in the U.S. Or are they allowed to register at another day if the take gets too low? One other thing, I guarantee you Meadors isn't sharing HIS bags of cash with the likes of you.
He's sending one of his minions - Me. LOL.. and Gman, you are not doing yourself any favors, or even sounding intelligent at this point. Sheesh... pretty sad, actually.
gman does make a valid point about the cars being produced in america.... either way, I'll be at greaserama... admittedly there have been some clown rods there in the past, but when half the guys are running stickers this year that say, "no more clown rods" I would think it's a safe bet they are keeping out the guys that just weld **** to their car(very poorly in most cases) just for the sake of adding more ****. A car show is a car show.... there will always be cars someone doesn't like. Personally if a guy pulls a car out of a shed and gets it to make it to the show... hell, he just did more work to his car than a lot of the guys at goodguys. I digress, to each his own; but if you're in town, greaserama does draw out a lot of good solid cars.
I'll be at Goodguys during the day, and the Greaserama Saturday night. For what it's worth, I'll have my ol' '63 Chevy pickup at both events, if anyone wants to say hi. It's over there in my Avatar. If you're from out of town, or want to see any other car events when you're away from the main shows, I always try and put together this weekly calendar on my blog. WEEKEND CAR EVENTS CALENDAR FOR KANSAS CITY If you like cruises or races or whatever, check that out. Of course, I'll post a story and pictures from everything I go to there when it's all over. I look forward to this weekend every year!
Since this posts is already an off topic fight. All I have to say is swing by my booth at Greaserama to pick up a shift knob or super sweet letterpress hot rod poster. Mention "I like to fight in forums with my keyboard" and I will give you a discount on whatever you buy from me!
Going to GG in the daytime and Greaserama in the evening is an annual tradition for many folks. Win win---
The forecast for Sunday is looking downright chilly after the 106 today I'm going back to that schedule again this year, when are you heading up? I think the folks are going tomorrow evening and Tom & Judy are leaving tomorrow as well at some point. I'll probably roll out in the Galaxie Friday morning around 7 if you haven't left yet and want to caravan.
I'm kinda looking forward to Heavy Metal on the big screen this year. Grindhouse and Sin City last year was a lonnnng night of film but so worth it.
