I've got a pair of 15" mags that are marked OK T&R on the back. They look like Americans. They mount the center caps the same way. One cap says Fenton Racing Equipment. They still have 7.75 bias ply tires on them. The bolt pattern is, I think 4.75. They're 5 lug. The width is about 8 inches outside to outside on the rim. These may have come off my aunt's early "60's Corvette. I had 4 of them but my renter stole the 2 that were bare! Chickenshit bastard stole everything he could lift out of my shed. Couldn't prove a damned thing! Anyway might as well sell a bunch of this stuff that's left over incomplete that he didn't steal. Can anyone ID these?
I figured with all the knowledge here pictures would just be waste of time. Apparently large doses of beer and BBQ make wiseasses of some guys who have too much time on their hands. Thanks for the sympathy, Dueces.
sucks that they stole your camera too. Based on info provided I'd say you have a pair of aluminum wheels, approximately 15x8 that might fit a GM bolt pattern. More info really would help.
nice tires! They kind of date the wheels to early 70s or older. THe wheels look like generic aluminum spokes from the old days....Fenton was pretty good at putting their name on their wheels, so it's likely they are not fentons, someone just put that cap on it. I could use a pair of those caps....I have some fenton slots on my 55
Definately mid to late 60's. I've seen the big flat area around the lugs on Fentons before. I'm betting they're like Squirrel says, they're generics. I'm betting from Sears. Sharp wheels.
That was going to be my guess as to what they are. I think they were the only ones that used the wide, flat outer lip like that.
I don't think they are Cragars...definitely not the style in the pic posted. The G/Ts were steel rims welded to aluminum centers.
hey check it out, i've got the same rims, if you look close between the spokes on the back side you might be able to make out the words "fenton ramrods" SEE PHOTOS, this set is 14x7 for a chevy aleminum face steel back, three are original and one is a replacement, the replacement has some pits on the lip that can be sanded out. for sale $300.00 plus the ride, email ogmaxwedge@hotmail.com
