Love the old Shephard shots. My dad has told stories of watching Dale Armstrong run his 409 powered 55 Chev there. I also heard many a story from those who raced there about ol' Mean Gene, none of them very flattering. Shephard had been castrated to an 1/8 mile by the time I was a kid. Thanks for the posts Moe.

These are amazingly hideous, I guess someone stood up in the cargo space with the sliding roof retracted and thought hey... a loft would be nice! I wonder who that was as they appear to be a production item.

Have any of you guys ever seen the campers that mounted in the trunk of a car and arched over the roof? I almost bought one about 10 years ago... just for the weird factor, but it was too rotten.

I can't find a photo of one, but here is one cropped out of the background of one of my photos.

I will be out of circulation for a few days. I hoped to be selling at the Greenfield swap meet tomorrow but they found my father in law dead at his home yesterday.

I am going to clear out my folder full of images for you guys to enjoy while I am out.

Let's start with a bunch of woodies just to torment a certain member here.
