Hot Rods MII shocks

I know this is not traditional beam axle stuff but can anyone recommend shocks for a MII type front end. I will have about 560 lbs of engine plus sheetmetal and radiator (46 Ford coupe). Already set up for non coil overs so I can't change that. Replies or PM's. thanks
