The local Animal Control [pound] had a clear the shelter event last week end ,all dogs $17. This little guy had been available all the preivous week and no takers. On the final clear the shelter day I couldn't stand seeing him passed by, so he came to join my pack. He had kennel cough so he spent a few days at the Vet and today he came home to meet the others. Little dog is bomb proof as having all 8 of the others checking him didn't ever rate a bareing of teeth, and the rest of the pack seems to have accepted him with open paws !

I saw a guy riding down pch once in a vespa with side car. He had 2 dogs on the side and the had goggles on. They sell them for dogs! They're called....doggles. I want to get some for my dog charlie when I get my roadster running. haha

If I tried to put something like that on my Basset Hound I'd have nothing left but a couple of bloody stumps attached to my arms.

These guys are always "helping" me in the garage; they're having a little down-time here. Mom doesn't let the little gal in the garage though...

BTW, does anybody know where you can get safety equipment for dogs? I catch the spaniel trying to watch me weld and the big guy's tail almost got set on fire the other day:)

Just got a co-pilot sunday night...can't believe the wife went for it - she ended up wanting her just as much as i did. She even seems to like the dog. We're just waiting to see how bad her allergies effect her.

    12wk old American Bulldog.

Meet Sookie - i need to get her leesh trained - then got to get her comfortable with noise and rough ride of my roadster. Want to take her out with me when the wife doesn't want to come along. That is until she grows too big to fit into the car.

The newest member of our family, Derby The Blue Eyed Devil ! She's a Louisiana Catahoula Leopard Dog pup that came to us through Great Dog Rescue. Like her "older brother" Hooligan Von Dog, (a Tennessee Treeing Brindle) , she's a member of the Mountain Cur family and was pinstriped by God himself.

My brother just sent me this pic of his new min-pin, a 10 week old puppy. His girls want to name him Rocket because he zooms all over the place. How small is a min-pin pup? The other animal is a guinea pig, and it's heavier.

Min-Pins are pretty small. One of our dogs is a min -pin, full grown she only weighs nine pounds. Funny thing is, she's ferocious a hell, goes for the throat of my 100 pound Shepard if he gets too close to the food bowl.

Here's Ellie Mae, waiting for her 61 Apache to be restored. In a moment of insanity, I used my wife's minivan to transport our goats Petunia, Daffodil, and Tulip:D

Sorry for your loss man. I had to put one of my cats down yesterday. They said possibly cancer- his heart enlarged and his lungs filled with fluid. I couldn't let him suffer. Sure doesn't make it any easier.
