Glad to hear it worked out well! I figured out where that pedal came from... A '73 Maverick that I bought for parts back in '87! Been hanging on the wall for just a bit, huh? Hope all is well and running and driving. It was allot more work, but you won't regret going with the 200 in six.
I love the feel of the 200/c4 combo! I was so used to my tired 170/fordomatic combo that when I hit the pedal the first time, I peeled out like some kinda hot rod demon . I still can't get over the whole feeling of it. It's nice to listen to my motor as it hums perfectly and not hear pings, pangs, ticks, and tocks. So glad I did it.
I had fun working on your car Jesse. It kept me out of trouble because if I don't have another guys car to work on then I will need to get another for myself. Wife says no to that.
