Nice custom cab.

 

I used to remove mine alone. After dam near hurting myself the last two times. I rachet strap it to the rafters and back the truck out from underneath it. 100 times easier.

Painted it it a satin black, 1980's Toyota colour believe it.

New timber bed.

 

Hey truckers we gotta keep this thread goin' ! Im diggin' all the different styles and ideas put into all these Chevy trucks. Like I always say " C10s look good in any style wether it be original. slammed,4x4, or even all rusty and weathered.Dont matter . I dig'm all!

 

Cleaning out the closet, so to speak, so have to let some of my toys go. Kids are disappointed but, heck, do what you gotta do. My 'ol '65 has been fun and has gottten lot of attention.

Well guys, as you may know I sold mine. Been looking but couldn't find another C-10 so I got a '53- should be here on Monday. Guess this means it will be my last post here for a while. Good luck to all of you. Keep this thread up near the top fellas.

That truck was for sale here on the HAMB a few years ago before it was bagged.
Nobody took interest in the truck, so the owner did all the mods to get it low.
Boris - (Way2Low2) in Ohio bought the truck awhile back and and sold it on eBay recently.

I regret not buying when it was for sale here before all the mods to the truck.

 

I've been working on my 60. just put an aluminium intake and some nice Edelbrock valve covers. now its running real nice with that four barrel. Almost got all of the body work done. hopefully i can get it painted soon. Im planing on putting a 60 gmc grill i got in it. its in pretty good shape. I bought it for $25 bucks at a swap meet cant beet that!





Also i am looking for a 60-61 chevy truck hood to put back on. i would trade my 62-66 hood if any body wants to swap. Just let me know if ya want to trade.

 

Here's my '60 with the later hood. Stock 235/3speed. Just about done, now time to drive her.
