Vey nice build! Love the deatiled chassis and Engine combo with the bare metal body.

I only see one problem...you put the steering wheel on the wrong side!

Thanks for the update. Your dad is going to have a ball with it when it's finished.

Also filled in the section ninside the door at the rear where the panel Flames made me joins the floor and pillar. Had to wait until now to do it as the floor has been welded in. Am gunna stitch a suare bar up pillar between the hinges so that when standing outsid you cannot look through the door gap.

  25. Looks beautiful and love the maroon chassis color. I'm doing pretty good, I read 2 1/2 pages worth and you only lost me twice. Please explain to this Yank what the heck is a beaver panel and " swaged panel behind the channel" are. Cheers !!!

Beaver panel I was refering to is the panel below the decklid at the rear.

Swaged panel is the panel with the 3 rolled lines in it behind the door. Visible when opened. The aussie bodies never sat down past the chassis rails we had a Spear pressed section in this area instead. So for us it is sort of channelled.

With the doors shut you could still see daylight throough the gap. So weused a piece of 10mm solid square and welded it down the pillar. this had the desired effect and the car looks a lot better from the outside now.

Tidied up the floor and bits and started to etch prime as I'm finished each area.
