Arctic Cat recently held its 50th Anniversary party. There was a very large vintage snowmobile show, with a ton of Arctic Cat minibikes on display. Here are just a few.

I had one of those Doodle Bugs from PEP Boys also. Tossed the little engine that was on it, and replaced it with a 6 hp Briggs and Stratton. Oh boy! Decided I did'nt need to die that way and sold it. Butch/56sedandelivery.

I've got a Formost (JC Pennys) Golden Pinto...traded an antique boat motor for it...pretty cool til' the throttle sticks wide open...then it gets interesting real quick.

Here is my three wheel Bonanza mini bike that I built about 13 years ago so my wife and I could ride around car shows. Used to carry it in a 64 Ranchero, now I carry it in my 65 Falcon sedan delivery. The first pic is with a padded seat and the second pic has the original cooler top for the "Pleasure" cooler.

PS I am looking for a Rump mini bike or a Scat-kitty.

  13. Cool, I remember seeing your little machine at the Nats South about that time. I think it was the year before they instituted their no pit bike policy. If it wasn't yours it was one just like it.

I have a barn full of old minibikes and Tote Gotes that I have picked up over the years. Some day I'll get around to working on them.

I got this mini bike at the Saratoga truck show last Saturday for $20.00 I,m trying to figure out the year and model? I know the spring in front forks is missing and the tabs on the rear are for set shocks I think? I had a mini bike when I was younger My dad built it from a set of blue prints from popular mechanics. late 1960's road it for years! my younger brother wrecked it. Thanks for the help Joe

Can anybody tell me what the old 3 wheel mini bikes/trikes were called that looked kinda like mini choppers. We had one as a kid and I've been looking for one for years with no results. I figure I must just be calling them the wrong thing.
