Very impressive show from the looks of it. Hopefully next year we will not have a conflict on the calendar. The displays and backdrops were amazing and really took this show to new level. Museum quality.

  13. That's not even the BIG one! The first one was a "John Force style" burnout! Maybe Tim Sutton got a pic of it!
It makes up for last year, when my Merc died twice before the Cruise even started!!!
It runs like a completely different car now, with the electronic ignition and mechanical fuelpump!!!

    My favorite moments:

Blackie firing the emperor on Thursday and revving the shit out of it.

Hot chick in the cackle car.

Interviewing George, peep Jackson, Jr. Conway and Blackie in front of the Barris display for 1/2 hour

Hanging with Jr. Conway met him a few times but now were buddy's :)

Meeting Harold Murphy who owns the real El Matador..I asked him next year if he brings it could I sit in it...his response... "shit sit in it...you can drive it!... It's just metal!" that guy Rules!!!

    Cackle cars!!

Blackie and George revving the shit out of the emperor during the show!!!
Till the fire Marshall shut it down Blackies response if you gonna do it...do it.. Cause all there gonna do is tell you to shut it off!! Hahaha those two were like teenagers all weekend!!

Bad Bobs burnout!!! I was ready to call AAA..

    Parting in the Galpin trailer!!

Watching the guy who owns Foose "impression" drag his trailer over his front fender... :( that actully sucked..

Pushing out the Isky "t", so cal belly tank, stone woods cook car and a few dragsters..

Seeing all my little art projects in life size and in full action!!

    Meeting Eddie Martinez..

Hanging out with all my friends..

And last.. Learning about Docking..(inside joke) :)

What? What happened? When you say his fender, you don't mean Impression's fender do you?

Yeah it was weird, the guy tried to thread his truck/trailerwhich was about 40 feet long together thoughsome piles of salt and his own car.. It really didn't make much sense.. Anyways the trailer tires ran into the fender of his high dollar car/paint job..

    "Luckylovesdocking.com hahaha"

hahahahahaha. Piero had far too much info on docking. It concerns me greatly. Hopefully no footage shows up in MFS6.

Another great part of the show was Lucky winning peoples choice. He busted hump on the pick up and I couldn's be happier for him.

I personally witnessed that incredible burnout. After the smoke and chaos had cleared I measured it at 1 foot 2 inches give or take a foot.

Seriously, the show was just awesome from the inside and outside show cars to meeting new friends- Altered Pilot/Chevy 54. Perfect weather, perfect setting. The Nitro cars firing up, and the drag boats firing up was awesome. Bands were good and just had a great time.
Cruise was good too, I regret not doing the cruise because I wanted to see the Nitro cars.

If your thinking about doing this show it's for sure on the to-do list.
We even had the pleasure of having dinner Saturday with Penny and Rit of WCK at the Long Beach Diner- killer diner by the way!!
