Cool jammersspeed! I have all the stuff for a full fendered '25 roadster or touring (couldn't decide so I collected them both!) hanging from my fence in the back yard. Probably gonna do the roadster version with a 2.3 Ford motor.

    My favorite over-the-top T:

I could frighten myself pretty well with my SBC. I can't imagine what a handful this car must be with a blown Chrysler!

  9. Hi Chaps,it is good to see this thread reappear so I will add a couple of photos. The first is a T that is now in a car museum and the second is in the front garden of one of our hot rod elders home. Note the water fountain out of the top of the radiator. The last one is owned by the same guy and is his retirement project.

Sounds cool. I suggest you take a hard look at Gabby Garrison's roadsters. For full-fendered early Ts, I don't think it gets any better.

Here's a few pics of mine from the early 90's. Still have the car but it's all apart right now.

Yeah I know, black primer and red wheels, but this was before it was the "cool" thing to do! hahahaha

Absolutely!!! Way ahead of you on that one... Actually, the one that has really flipped my switch since I was a kid and saw the picture for the first time is the one that is in the picture of Lee Chappel's first speed shop. It's the picture that Peterson magazine seems to run everytime they need to remind us of their roots... Not sure how I'm going to afford Buffalo wires though!

An inspiring car. Caddy too. Remember the article from the revived Hop Up mag back then? Along with the 'Shifters' feature from Custom Car (UK) mag and early Continental Restyling features, some thing rumbled...

No I don't but that car was so well designed and built I just had to photograph it. Maybe someone else knows more about it or maybe the builder is a HAMBer.

My eyes my eyes  That last one was just cruel :D

  24. Long time ago I started a "T" bucket project with my youngest son, Karl; but it stalled out. I finally got tired of tripping over the pieces and decided to make something out of them. After working on it on and off for a while, I finally tried to take it for ride Monday; but the trans didn't go forward. Pulled the engine and picked another trans from the collection, Jeff came over today and we put it back together and were able to go for a little ride. Seems to work OK now. Next step, white tuck and roll.

Okay I'm pushing it a bit. Not really a '50s '60s style T. But it could have been built anytime from the late '20s to the present day. In reality it's a pretty recent build.

I saw it and met the builder this year at Jerry Foreman's August BBQ in Austin Nevada. That's him in the red shirt. Very nice young man. And dedicated to the old stuff we all love.

    Cool RPU, but that's an A not a T :)
