My wife surprised me with a trip to AC on the 21st.I won't get back home till noon or 1PM and the show is an hour from my house. My question is is still worth driving down if I get there at 2 ? I'm use to going and being back home by 2 so I don't know what happens later.

.....Don't judge it on size alone. It might not be the biggest show you've ever been to. Judge it on QUALITY and by all means judge it on the indefinable "kool factor".:)...Don.

Just had the final run-through with all the Rusty Nuts and everything is on track. Weather forecast is a chilly mid 50s but sunny so all you guys spending Friday night in a tent at the entry gate better bundle up cause it's going to be mighty chilly next Saturday morning, brrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!
7 days, 1 hr and 7 minutes and counting down for the 8th Jalopyrama Hot Rod Show!

Yes the corvair will be there with a completely new look........ After 150,000 miles in three years it deserves a freshening.

We will be there Friday evening staying at the holiday inn if there is anything going on in the area

Sorry I will miss the meet and greet but my grandson's B-day takes precedence - he's my only hope of carrying the torch in my family after I'm gone. Maybe I can take him next year ..... I'm there in spirit guys!

I've got a fenced lot at my warehouse, about twenty miles south of Jalopyrama that has plenty of room for a trailer if no one has responded closer.

From past experience: Theres a fairly long road going past the armory and into the industrial park. You will probably have to park some distance away... BUT, in the past they have had a FREE shuttle service. Just flag down the shuttle and be sure to tip the driver. Waiting is usually only a few minutes. I am not a member of the sponsoring club or a promoter but I'm sure someone will correct me if things have changed.
