I am a not married but I'd never marry a woman with mouth and attitude like that. I hope the best for the kids. He deserves his day in court. But if he's found guilty I hope above all he leads those kids down a better path and teaches them right from wrong.

As said previously, he got caught up with the wrong people. He is guilty of having bad judgement of character. He did not receive the car. He did not steal the car. It is not a car he would have NEEDED as he already had a complete car. His friend did not want to to the work of running new lines and all so he told Mitchell he bought a donor car for the chassis. My husband did not want the car because it was not original and was redone cheaply and was not in good condition. His friend (who he thought owned the car at this point) did what he chose to do and obviously cut the car up.
I never venture into our back yard, the cops that were survielling our house can testify to the fact that when I leave I get in the car and when I come home I go in the house. I have only second hand knowledge of this so called crime. The biggest crime here is that a mans car was stolen and my husband did not participate or have any knowledge of the car being stolen. As far as asking his friend what he was doing, obviously my husband was being lied to so even if he asked him he Wouldn't have gotten a truthful answer. Also, his friend lived here- how can my husband be in possession of someone else's things? He allowed Jon to use the backyard for projects he was supposedly working on. At the point where my husband said no to the car it was Jon's property to be dealt with in his own way. We do not govern over another adults decisions nor do we police what others do. I am grateful the police and the vehicle owner caught this so I can get all away from my home.
As far as insulting my home, my vehicle and me in general: When are you all going to graduate from grade school? I have every right to defend my husband and his innocence and with you people threatening him I will most certainly use foul language and I personally do not care if I offend an ignorant person. Also, if you watch the news stories again, they all have variations and errors known as GROSS FACTUAL ERRORS (GFE)...the journalists can't even get their facts straight so what make you think you know all the facts? You all are spewing back out second hand wrong knowledge filled with errors. You want the real story, I gave it to you. You don't want to believe it then fine. We are victims of being wrongfully accused, bottom line. And for those of you that think justice is always right...didn't a mother that clearly killed her baby get off this year and didn't have to pay any legal fees because taxpayers paid for her defense? JUSTICE! LMAO
Also, in regards to the dirtbikes, Jon has multiple injuries from years of motocross driving: those bikes were his and they were reportedly stolen from his best friends neighborhood. You all are so smart you can do the math on that.
    Talk to you all later.

So your husband didn't have stolen dirtbikes, his best friends "neighborhood" reported them stolen?

You know, you do your husband no favors by blaming everyone else for HIS ACTIONS.

Did you hear the chop saws running at 2am at your house lady? Or do you not pay attention to anything if it happens in your own back yard?

I know only what the detectives have told me. The bikes came from a neighborhood where Jons best friend lives.

There were no sawzalls on the list of items taken from the premises.
Secondly, our neighbor is in her 90's...she hasn't reported hearing sawzalls or equipment late at night. Also, if this been going on for months, don't you think our oh so talkative neighbors that appeared on the news, would have raised concerns before all of this happened?

Do you kiss your husband with that mouth?

  8. So this guy claims he bought an entire car to save himself from doing brake and fuel lines, then says he will use the chassis and when your husband says he does want the chassis under his car rather than put the old body back on the chassis and sell a complete car the guy begins cutting up the car to part out and your husband doesn't find this suspicous?

Your husband either knew what was going on or is dumb as dirt. Either way I don't feel sorry for him.

If the police are still interested in him, or holding him ..than their not buying his excuses either

Im sure he will have his day in court, and be judged on may different levels.

Possession is 9/10ths of the law
and having stolen items on the property that has your name on it either by lease or by mortgage, implicates the hell out of every soul that lives there.
I dont think I'd be on a chat site talking about it, I'd be in a lawyers office taking care of how to mitigate the situation

I hope everyone gets their property back, the way it was before some hack decided it was his to do what ever he felt like doing to it.

that Ford should be returned to the rightful owner the way it was when it was taken from him..no undue burdon should ever be inflicted upon the victim ..period.
Even if it means these jackoffs rebuild it with their time and money while wearing orange jumpsuits

maybe its a good thing he got caught now , rather than stealing from someone that thinks and feels about this subject the way I do

Big time Cudo's to the cars owner for not trusting the cops to do the job, I hear many times they need to be shamed into doing whats right, looks like you did just that.

Ask to get paid, you know they would

Wouldn't it be something if the Judge ordered the thief to give his '50 Ford shoebox to the victim whose Shoebox was cut up?

    Bwaa haaa haaa.

Wouldn't it draw a red flag if someone started cutting up a running driving car. "Hello!"

Especially one that had major customizing done? 'Ignorant of the facts?'

These a$$holes would be better off with a mattress store.

  17. I know you are trying to defend your husband but at this point you are probably becoming a legal liability to him and you're sure as hell not making any friends here. We're really tired of getting ripped off by lowlife thieves. If your husband was selling stolen parts then he should get what he deserves for his part of it. In another place and time he may have found justice at the end of a rope.

If he didn't know this car was stolen, then he's probably not very bright, because it seems like it would be pretty obvious, but who knows? Hunker down and get a lawyer. The truth will come out. That's what trials are for.

My husband wasn't sellin the parts. They didn't call him. He didn't post the ad. He didn't arrange anything. He is not a thief. All I ask is that you all stop calling him a thief when he didn't steal this mans car and didnt facilitate any of this nonsense. He will have his day in court if the DA can even build up a case. Considering no one has interviewed anybody, I don't think it's a serious as you all think it is in terms of the law. It is horrible that his mans car was destroyed but we can't undo that.

Not as serious as we all think???? If it were my car that was stolen and I found it at your house  I better not say these things out loud...

This has to be the oddest cirumstance yet. Not everyday do we get to talk with a car thiefs wife. I dont care if he's guilty of stealing the car or not. He had parts of it in his possesion shortly after it was stolen. He's got to be one shady ass mother fucker. And having the parts should get him some jail time. PERIOD

I sure in the hell wouldn't let a person on to my premises to cut up a good running, driving, and completely customized car just so I can obtain a grill and few other parts. That has to be the biggest red flag I have ever heard of.

Apparently, Gammajewel is slow to learn one of the basic rules of survival on the HAMB: If you start a pissing match here, you are gonna drown!

Why are you here again for? How did you all of a sudden find this place right after getting caught? Are you really trying to defend yourself on a public forum when you have a criminal case against you?
You say your 90 year old neighbor doesnt complain. Do you talk to her the same way as you talk to us?
Get lost lady, I hope the your stupidity costs you. Go away as your story keeps changing.
