Yep, it just cancelled the Halloween parade in our city. 100th anniversary of the club that puts it on and the first time it's been stopped since WWII. 21 floats, 21 marching bands and 220 entries over 3 hours.

Would have been tough for the guys in open cars running slicks too as it's building up pretty good on the street right now.

    Bummer..............

Except it's called "Climate Change" now.:rolleyes::rolleyes: That way the environmental wackos can claim to be right no matter what.:eek::eek:

By the way....I would like snow alot more if the State of Illinois didn't dump salt all over the roads.:mad::mad: After all.....Doing donuts is kinda fun. :D:D:D

  17. I love to see pictures of snow taken by friends in faraway places, just don't want to see it here. My father said that he saw all the snow he ever cared to see during the Battle of the Bulge. I got enough of it in the 15 years I lived in Baltimore.

I really feel for you guys up there. I lived there most of my life and never want to see that white stuff again as long as I live.

Recording breaking early snow. What do you want to call it? Do you want more of it or less? How about some record breaking rain and flooding instead?

You let snow stop you,I have been to the yards when there was a foot of snow on the ground and sometimes close to zero.
