To bad the doors are open, It breaks up the nice smooth lines of this custom. Thanks for sharing the pics. I like the grille treatment. Usually I see this effect in the shape of a heart surrounding the grille.
here is my project. hopefully get it done by december. i want to drive it on my birthday with the family.
Kool,i thought that was Eric's old ride,i love the color on it.Really brings out flow of that chop! I am good friends with Willie,Eric too,but Willie never did work for Barris. He worked for Rod P.,but never Barris.
Hey Luky, I remember seeing your car in the early '80s at Lead East in NJ and Sled Scene East in PA. Knocked me out then and still does! I have an old copy of Classic & Custom magazine with a feature on it. Glad to see it's still on the road.
here is my Kustom In Progres, I should be back working on it next week ewhen I get done with the storm damage around here.
sygreaser, with all due respects, your ride is killer, but it ain't a kustom, it's more of a hot rod, street machine. I love it.
wow!!! so damn cool.. i need one of those.. just like that, not a hotrod, not a taildragger, just perfect!!
here's my 62 coupe deville... not on the level of most posted in this thread, but I'm working on it... lol went with a HOK True Blue w/a flat clear, and a gloss white roof w/blue ice pearl
John you do some incredible work, I've been able to see your 36 roadster in person and it blew my mind
Since I posted my Caddy on 8/31/'09, post # 867, it's been finished - November, 2010, and I put lots of miles on it this past summer... Here's a shot of it... R-
