Austin rules and there's alot of neat areas represented on the hamb but I would have to go with So-Cal.

Back in the early years,SoCal ,now just about anywhere. Daytona is just famous for the Nascar stuff and definitely not Indy, its only famous for the Indy 500 track and its not even in Indy.

Who cares. Berkeley is about 57th, I think. Just like the number of states in the union.

Hot Wheels has held a couple of events in Speed KS. When you go to swipe the sign, look up at the grain elevator, report back if the the huge Hot Wheels logo is still up there...:D

Texas has a lot of them,It did not all start in California,Cali got published more because most of the magazine guys were from there. All of the old hot rod iron in California came from the cental US during the dust bowl,So yeah they possably have more of our hot rods. But Garlits went to California & spanked some but back in the day...Bonniville has to be the hot rod speed capital of the world. This sounds like a drunk arguing with himself in the mens room while pissing on his feet....This thread will forever be undesided...

It's SoCal.... specifically the corner of Euclid and Foothill in Upland.
