Well people,,,I finally got one of my all time favorite Fords.
It is a little "street rody" but the price was to good to pass up.

There are several things I want-need to change but it will have to do for now.

Plans,,,,Taildragger! Hair cut! Less "street rod" more '40-'50's custom.

    Love 3 windows!!

Dang it, why are my pictures so small? I used the smallest setting on my camera. Their 1280 X 960 Still to big?
How do people get the picture to where it takes up the majority of the page?

Street Rod or not, it's a great looking car.

At least for a street rod it is at the trad end of the scale.

I'd put it in my garage (if I could afford it).

    Mart.

    Hate the air conditioner stuff!

Anyone have a real nice water fall for my dash?

Mart, I am glad it's at the traditional end of the scale. Besides the price, that's what made me jump on it.

ikydevel, it has the 350-350 combo :( chevy rear end with parallel leaves and a Heidts frontend with coil overs.

I won't change out the frontend, but because of it, i'll go air ride. As for the rear. I won't be able to do air with the current setup, so I want to do a so-cal ladder bar setup with air ride.

She's a beauty! Street roddy? No way. Swap out the rally wheels with black solid wheels, and you're done!

That sure has the potential to be an outstanding early custom. Congrats!

I'd drive the wheels off that as-is.

Yea, the previous owner dropped the ball on a few little things...billet column drop, gas pedal, big goofy A/C stuff, and ugly bumpers but overall, that is a hell of a nice car. Plus, I'm a sucker for chrome window frames...

    Nice score, -Abone.

Ohhhh, I love black 36 3 windows. Least it isn't too street rodded. A set of wheels to get rid of the "ralley wheel" look and a set of stock bumpers would bought do it for me. Don't like how the a/c looks but then the older I get the more I like a/c so maybe I'd just leave the hood closed. If that's an automatic it have to go for me as well. Other then that it's perfect!
BTW, yes I do have a nice waterfall with the radio head I'd sell, I'll try to grab a pic of it and PM you.

That car is beautiful!! I'd drive as is also but it's hard not to put your own touches into a vehicle.. Haha... They do look awesome with a "hair cut"..... Haha .... Also paint the wheels black. I love the WW tires though..

lo c dan--Not sure on the bumpers. Briz bumpers I would guess.

I have a Lincoln Zepher bumper for the front ot it. Nothing for the rear.
I have National brand single flipper hub caps for it also.

  30. 36 3W, 2dr Flatback Sedans & Sed Dlvy, are an all time favorite of mine. I am definitely envious!
