Hey guys.... today was a great day. My new family car came home .
    1931 ford model A Tudor 1.jpg
With two boys 4 & 8 its real hard to get every one to the car show. Then if the wife wants to go. She takes one kid in the jeep and one gets to ride with me then we switch kids for the ride home.

More pics to come with my iPhone

The car only has 53,853 miles on her. The oldest oil change sticker is from 4-25-64 with 48,039 miles on the clock
In 5-9-72 it had 51,316 miles on her
    Did I mention I was born 7-73

Plains are a little up in the air
My 8 year old and wants the fenders on
My 4 year old wants them off

Short term I have some banger stuff hanging around so I will give it a little zip

But I smell a OHV V8 coming in the end

Yes she runs and drives and even stops.
The boys and I took her around the the block

  7. You gonna put the wires on it?
Looks like a perfect family car. The little guys will love it!
IMO, I'd leave the fenders on, but get the stance alot lower

I am pretty sure I saw you pull into the Rumblers show alone??? I think this is just an excuse to buy another car :)

OHV 8? what kind? I'm betting on an early style sbc because it will fit so good?

That looks so nice that I think I'd leave it alone and just enjoy it for what it is...a very, very nice low mileage driver...sort of driver (I don't trust mechanical brakes). Bill.

HA HA... I had the day off:D
Last year the wife brought the kids for a bit.
As my guys get older its more fun it take them to the shows but its a lot of work.

I have a sbc that is ready to go but I would like to talk a Y block out of my buddy.

Leave the fenders on! I think Model A fenders are the prettiest of all the early Fords - but maybe I'm a bit biased.

Just drop that front end a bit and have fun.

i might be a total weirdo, but something about the way it sits now, with the steelies and whitewalls, and stockish stance just really catches my eye. i could just imagine that thing in the 50s packed full of crazy teenagers headed out to raise hell. haha

and its different than what most would do.

    but thats JMO

NICE! Keep the fenders, maybe add a dropped front axle and T rear spring. Coop666, that is one nice looking Tudor!
