Thanks for liking my post and job on my shoebox

I have worked litlle with the oil pan to the flathead

the pickup or truck pan didn't fit in the car and hit the r/p steering

I have begin to replace the bottom of the oilpan

this piece of sheet metal shall weld in the bottom

Her's the pan with the new bottom

it is calculated to take 4 liters of oil to max level on the oil stick

    from the back

    From the bottom

the pick is not the best qaulity but the are only thaken with a cell phone

I have blasted and ground paint the oil pan to the 8ba flathead.

    Stefan,
You should consider an additional attachment point on your pickup tube so vibration doesn't cause it to crack. You can drill and tap a main bearing bolt, weld a strap to the pickup and attach it to the bolt.

The car looks great, the profile looks perfect to me. I always look forward to your updates.
