The Lehigh and New England is the line curving to the left, while the Erie is the line on the right at Goshen, New York. Note the Chevy.[IMG]

  13. Wow, How would you like to stand on a LADDER while assembling this Dirigible. My feet and legs hurt just looking at it.

Not to mention that just farting would tip it off balance.

Beach scene at "New Beach," the most popular beach near Provincetown. Massachusetts

Lack of bath houses causes a great deal of picturesque dressing and undressing in and behind parked cars.

With the Pucker Factor that would cause it would take a month, six doctors and four mules to pry the seat cushions out of their butts

Not sure, but those could be hobo signs or marks.

Indeed. But in guestimating the time frame when the picture was taken-Depression Era-everyone of them considered themselves blessed to be paid for climbing up and down those towering ladders.

Yes – that is the same bridge – I took that shot in the early sixties. That was the scariest bridge I every rode across, and the fear factor did not decrease no matter how many times you crossed it!

Here are a couple more shots taken the late sixties after they built the Silas N. PearmanBridge alongside to help alleviate traffic.<O:p</O:p</SPAN>
