Hot Rods Damage to my shop

Actually I had something similar with a renter a few doors down using one of my POSTED parking spots in the alley. Asked him not to park there once, second time the towing company was called. Tow driver did not want to mess the guys pickup up (in gear and ebrake on) so he dug the "secret" key out of the magnetic box behind the cab and DROVE the guys truck on the rollback. He said he usually can find a key if he needs to. Renter moved out that weekend.

 

That is one I would not for fear of hurting some innocent person.

 

Yes, and only a total idiot would even suggest it as a serious option.

 

A small stone in the valve cap. We used to do that and it worked every time.
Slow leak, never found.
One neighbor, Ricardo Cabeza, bought new tires becuse of that.
Noone gets hurt,he might even ask if you have a compressor then you have the upper hand and can "trade".
Or I guess the pike in front of the house always works too.

 

I had have an asshole neighbour who used to do
similar things one night when i came home from
work (had worked for 14 hours so i was in a real
god mood ) and he had parked his car on my lawn
and the other on my driveway. He was standing
by a cementmixer mixing cement. I told him to move
his cars. And the retard told me i had to wait until
he had finish working and had a shower beacuse
there was no way he was going to drive his cars
with the dirtyclothes!!!!!!
I ran over grabed him by his collar and belt
held his head in the cementmixer
and told him WRONG answer. Give me another wrong answer
and i give you a carousel ride ARE YOU GOING TO MOVE
YOUR CARS. yes yes yes im going to right away im going to
never bothered me again

you need to find a way to attatch the building to the trailer,this way the damage will be significant enough to get his ass in deep DooDoo.
i do like the sand in the dust caps idea.
reverse his signal light wires.that will get him some attention.
crank up the adjustment on his trailer brakes so wheels are locked.
put a no pfarking sign on the back of the building.
get it? no f in parking.....

get the trailer plate number and put an insurance claim in.
