Wide Five Wheeled Hot Rods

Anybody have a T, A or 32 rods with the wide five bolt (1937-38) pattern wheels / hubs and are they combined with juice brakes? Got some pics? Thanks.

 

This is just a photoshop rendering of my truck, but you get the picture. Wide 5 wheels with a band in the rears, Coker Firestones, and Deluxe caps.

Collecting parts now....

 

36-39 wide fives, and yes they are cool.

 

37-39 wide five hubs and drums mount directly to 37-41 or 42-48 spindles and 39-41 or 42-48 backings plates.

 

Wish I still had these.

Got a couple of them goin' together here at the ranch... Englessearth's little '29 before the wheels were redone in black and the previous owners logos removed from the doors. Just finishing the touch up paint now, and it looks a whole bunch different! You'll be seeing more soon.

Then we have my little "B" project modified that has come a ways since these pictures were snapped. It's now wearing Firestone ribs on the front, and will be soon black, black and black.

Here's mine. It's got normal 4" Wide Wide Fives out back and 3.5" V860's up front.

 

Just posted this on a T thread, but might as well put it here also.

 

widened the back ones to 6" for 700's fronts are 600 on 4"
