Here's the custom shifter knob Saxman here on the HAMB made for my anti gasser '40 coupe - great work. Still looking for wind wings as shown in post #1964 - anyone know of any?

the rear fenders were purposely added from a ford cause they follow the same center peak of the willys.the edges have been opened all up and edges rolled 60's style.

Dave, do you happen to know who owns this coupe? My friend tried to buy it a week or two ago off eBay. He was the high bidder but it didn't make reserve. Then he got a second chance offer from the seller. My buddy replies back with his number and asks the seller to call him, but no call. The entire time it was up he was calling the seller and leaving messages but he never got a call back. Then it reappeared on eBay with like a $60k buy it now, but the seller would still not return any phone calls or make contact.

Anyone know the seller? My friend is a serious buyer and wants to buy the car.

Also, I got your pm regarding the coupe in the ditch pics, I'll try to get them. They aren't much though, you can barely make out any part of the car. It's extremely buried in poison ivy. You can tell its on it's top and can barely make out the " 4 0 " portion of the "4 0 9" and a few misc trim pieces buried in the ivy and brush. I'll see what I can do.

Thanks Dave - that makes me feel a whole lot better! Think I have located a pair plus all the other original parts I need to finish the Anti Gasser. Here's the new engine being installed - powered by bean burrito - so maybe it's a gasser after all....;)
