Here's a friend's 49 Ford drawn on an original 1949 pinup page and an original White Rose Oil gas station receipt from 1956 I added the rose to. Happy friday!!

    Sweet Paul!!

    Here's mine this week!

  3. Great start, guys!

  4. Somebody jumped the gun a little bit. :)

Here is the start of some art from me....

I cut these from 1/8" balsa...on the new laser cutter at the recently opened TechShop Detroit.

I will be assembling these and painting them up for the auction at Autorama this year.

  5. Buick Coachbuilt Concept

Essential this is a what if Buick had approached Figoni et Falaschi or Saoutchik post war to enter the European market and also pitch their cars to the Rich and Famous who had previously bought French, Italian and German luxury automobiles.
I wanted that elegance of 30s & 40s Delahaye, Bugatti, Talbot-Lago, Mercedes and Alfa Romeo.

I didn't have time to finish the front view so I will post that next FAS

    Good stuff Paul!

Here's more from the "Saw Mill" :D

1929 Pierce Arrow Dash. Still needs heavy clearcoat and wet sanding.

...all done with a 3/8" flat brush and finished with a 1" fox tail! :D

This is so over the top! Clever, fun, very well done!

1320Paul - that 49 and the lady accompanying it are fantastic!!
chadillac - L&L is going to love that!
Jimmy B - that Buick rendering is too cool for words!
GaryC - phemomenal creativity and skill are evident in spades on that F100

  26. Nice work boys!

Notorious Dutch punk rodder and mad fabricator Marcel "Von Klit" van Staveren is never too weary to cause a bit of tongue-in-cheek mayhem... Marcel needed a T-shirt logo to help promote his fabrication business - Von Klit Speedshop. You guys better go order some shirts now and make sure Marcel won't end up with a pile of designer shop-rags ;)
