Thanks you plmczy and a Merry Christmas to you too. With regards to the cfm, I don't know, but can find out for you. I basically ordered the radiator at Walker and told them about the 392 and the 500 horses. They came with the electric fan, telling me it would be more than sufficient.

After a little frustrating saturday where a few ss screws snapped, I just got the radiator and electric fan coupled and mounted it all in the rariator support. Yes!:D:D:D

Looks great, Eric. How thick is your fan****embly? I'm going to have to go for a low profile job it appears. I've on go a little over 3" to work with. :(

Eric, is that radiator a direct bolt in for your factory radiator? I have my factory radiator support but wasn't sure about using it since my car is sub-framed. I was just going to build a support out of mild square tubing and use a universal aluminum radiator. How are you mounting your rad support since you addded the mustang II front suspension?

I've spent the last 3 nights reading this incredible thread and it has inspired me to get some more work done on my projects over the winter. Eric is doing a build on the same level as the best builders in the busniess and his documentaion and willingness to help everyone who asks is second to none.

My buddy had two 41's and now both are gone. Seeing your car come along makes me kick myself for not picking up one of them. These cars have great lines and for many years were overlooked. Yours is a knock out.

The radiator is from Walker and is a direct bolt in. When I mocked up the car the first time with the new front suspension, I made a support under the frame to support the old radiator frame. This radiator frame is also used to hold the front sheet metal together, so I thought it would be handy to keep it in place, rather than fabricating a new one with a different radiator. Here are a few pics of the new piece.

Thanks Rock! The width of my electric fan is just a bit more than 2.5 inches, so I think you should be fine! :D:D:D

Thankyou for the pics and info Eric. I'll have to mock my front sheetmetal up again sometime and see what I can do with mine. This sounds like the better way to go and I won't have to worry about only so much of the rad getting good airflow.

Started the day with tapping new thread in the window brackets, got new ss bolts and mounted them in both doors. Then mounted the passenger door to check the window garnish. It will need a little tweaking but the fit was good. Going to work on the front windshield garnish tomorrow, which will be quite a bit of work considering UPS bent it during transport......

Thanks Plung. For some reason I did spend a lot of time in the garage today without too much to show for it......you know the feeling, walking around the car thinking about how you're going to do this and that. I suppose not every day can be a productive one. Tomorrow is a new day.

Too bad that i havent done anything at this week except spitting on the
ceiling. We had a nasty storm in here,200 000 households without any electricity.
After 55 hrs power-failure i got the electrics back to my garage,i hope i get something done at weekend.
    Keep it up!
