Projects my new shop truck 58 chevy

subframe has new parts on it ready to hopefully get put in this week and added a new tailight heres a few more pics

i think they are early 60's impala, guy brought in a box of old tailights so i bought them and started looking at them and one of my buddys said that might work on the truck and they sure did i like it for sure

 

Looks like a 63 chevy taillight.

was a 6 from factory and when i got it it had 350 in it and 400 turbo trans

My wife's car go broke down yesterday so she took my OT truck to work this morning so I had to take my '58 to work today. First time I've ever had it on the freeway and the first time this far from home. Mine's a short fleetside, same as yours. Ran good, so far. It kills me to know it's sitting out in the parking lot and I'm stuck in front of this desk all day though. I wanna drive!

That clip looks super clean man! What is it from? I'm finishing up a 58 apache short wide right now. Got a mid 70's camaro clip and rear end with a 6.0 and 4L60 trans. Keep up the good work. More pics?

 

its same mid 70's camaro and mid 70's chevelle rearend,alot of the straykats helped on this build i couldnt do it without them thanks
