"The Little Princess," 1917. Though 25, Mary was loved playing a younger
person. Though the photo is no longer copyrighted, I sincerely thank the
WikiMedia Commons Project and encourage folks to contribute help to that
earnest group in any way they can. THANKS!

With ZaSu Pitts playing Becky, the scullery maid and confidante (And some
people think Cloris Leachman is not a good name for an actress??? Anyway,
it's actually pronounced "say-zoo" and was a unique acronym from her two
aunts' names, Eliza and Susan. Hell! You didn't even ask for that stuff, eh?)

ZaSu Pitts has a little droll fun, showing that her
unusual name was merely a matter of simple math.
    Photo thanks to CinemaLane!

My brother e-mailed me as to the location of the Ford Dealer, it WAS in the Beltline district, SW, where the "New Co-Op"was, which was torn down in 2000, now it's a vacant lot, too bad, would have liked to see it now.

I don't think remote guns came along until the B-29. In the B-17, the tail gunner actually was on his knees, and was usually a small guy. One of my sergeants when I was in the USAF in the 50s was a former tail gunner, one of those who managed to survive. The sight above actually moved with the barrels.

Disney had nothing to do with the Road Runner or Wile E Coyote.

And My mother, and her brother and her parents in the Brownwood, TX Centenial year.... Yep... My Grandfather was Abe Lincoln ('cept he was a might shorter in reality) A cool old picture - I have at least one more good "Abe" photo also.

I tried to stay OT by including something relevant, but the first pic is My Grandfather and my Best friend in the aforementioned Brownwood, TX Centennial celebration year. Here's another Pic from the same time, that I haven't finished retouching. And a couple of others that seem cool from his younger years. One is actually pretty Hamb OT - Gas Station Attendant.

Again with a Spoof picture..... the fish was said to be about 4 inches long... closer to the camera than my Grandfather.

I read somewhere years ago that "supposedly" that mess got turned into a table by someone involved with that advertising idea.
