I have an addiction to Bombs and like to see other Hamb’ers rides so let me start with my 48 Buick.

That Swamp-Cooler looks a little out-of-place in Sweden doesn't it?

I'm temporarily out of bombs. Could I interest you in something like a Stinger missile?

I think you are confused. Bombs are cool and HAMB compliant.

I am not confused, the people who use the term "bomb" are the confused ones.

Damn straight... and welcomed with open arms...

The term is a legitimate term, and accepted everywhere I've been. Why do you think they are confused?

What's a "bomb"? Are they hamb friendly?

Traditionally the definition is as follows.

A "bomb" is a lowrider based on an American car from the 1930's to late 1950s. These often pass for restored factory vehicles, albeit with the lowered stance and hydraulic or air suspension. Period accessories such as sun visors, Appleton spotlights, fender skirts, swamp coolers, Curb feelers and Continental kits are also commonplace.

They most definitely are HAMB friendly.

Here's a photoshop of where I'm going with my '38. I think it's got a little bit of that style to it.

i love the way you plan on going.

  22. Nope. Not a HAMB "compliant" car in the bunch... (He said with tongue inserted firmly in cheek.) Great thread full of stunning cars, man!

ZMAN, that '39 is absolutely Da BOMBA!!!

Goozgaz, that grey and pink Chebby is too cool, love the artillery wheels too.

That has long been one of my go to color combos, now you have me thinking I should keep my eyes open for a 46-51 GM something again.

Here is my old 37 Dodge and my current 53 Belair. The Belair will be bagged and "accessorized" in the next couple of months.

I'm sure you could look it up but, I think it's as simple as pre 54 GM cars were not hotrods "traditionally":p on the west coast. The Fords were.

That's perfect, nothing else needs to be done to it.
