Congratulations Bob. Bob has many friends in this hobby, glad to consider him one of mine. Wish I could go to as many shows as he does!

 

I was introduced to him at Cheaterama last summer- probably one of the friendliest guys I have ever met. Waiting for my issue to arrive.

 

Holy shit, Brad! YOu keep track of the times? I love spending time with Bob...he's a great guy but he snores!

Met Bob in Bonneville and again at the HAMB drags in 2008. Awesome guy and a real hardcase. Hope to see him at Bonneville again this year. Congrats on the writeup

Boy after all the acolades here maybe Bob will grow taller. LOL Yes he's a great guy and a good friend. Back in 05 when I did Ego-Rama Bob was my co-pilot so we spent two weeks on the road together. He's a great travel companion also. As far as who puts the most miles on their cars it's no contest Bob wins mileage per year hands down. Remember he not only puts the mileage on the vert but the two Vettes also.

 

Couldn't happen to a nicer guy, Bob is the REAL DEAL! I'll be watching the mailbox!

If you haven't met Bob do yourself a favor and introduce yourself next time you see him. About the friendliest guy around and if you've got any tips on how to seat the rings on a 292 Chevy be sure to share with him. He's been trying to get his to seat for a couple of hundred thousand miles. Hope he doesn't give up it's been a couple of years since our paths have crossed and I'm looking forward to the next time. Definitely one of the "good guys" and I'm hoping to meet Maggie someday................she's got to be a winner too.

Well, no matter where I go, there's Bob! I thought that for while it was all done with smoke and mirrors. But nope, it really is Bob! What pisses me off though, is every time I see him, there is his Chev convert. I wish I could say the same for my car which, frequently, is home in the garage.
