  6. Hey guys, I'm still looking for a pic of my Texaco gas station (Norm's Texaco, I could NOT get those hillbillies to call me Norb), from '72-'75 in Mountain Home, Arkansas. It was on the corner of Rt62 and Buzzard Roost rd. (really). It was previously owned by Clark Rawlings from the '40's until 1972. I lost all my photos when I got divorced. I tried the local historical society, etc, but no luck.

    Is the guy on the second story ledge at the right corner of the building a window washer?Theres also a guy sitting in the 4Th floor window above him
     
  11. Go on Craigslist for the Arkansas area your station was at and ask for pics .... youd be surprised at the response you get

  14. My Uncle had a "ghost town" outside of Reno ... this is him and his trained Brahama Bull named Lightening. I think the baby carriage is empty.

  20. Aeronca C-3 "Colligiate" 36 HP two cylinder Aeronca engine. The next model to come after this one was the "K" it also used the same engine at first but was underpowered, then came the flat fours (Continental, Franklin, Lycoming) and the boom of private light planes began.

    Hi Jimi,

    I do believe you are correct as in it's not a vintage photo.
    I found it in an English web file but traced it back to a Tumbler file called Milwaukees best.
