Pure bred MoPar and proud of it! My current three...#1-primer red 1931 Dodge Brothers DH6 business coupe. Had it for 42 years since I was 17. Drove it to high school. #2-dark blue 1931 Dodge Brothers DH6 business coupe. Had it for about 8 years. #3-1967 Dodge A100 compact pickup. Been my daily driver for about 18 years. I have had about 110 MoPars, mostly old ones, but have had a 1968 Roadrunner and a 1968 Dart 383 4 barrel four speed (one of 92 built according to my friend Galen Govier the MoPar guru). Loved my like-new 1955 Dodge Custom Royal Lancer. It was pink and black and white and ended up getting customized by a guy here on the HAMB.
Im a Mopar guy but dont have any mopars. BUT one of my Fords has a BB mopar in it and my garage is full of mopar motors and 4 speed transmissions. Looking at getting a 67-69 Dart in the future, I have a 440/4spd ready for it when it gets here
Will a 31 tudor Ford with Hemi power qualify. Mine has a 55 270 ,833 OD,and a 59 Plymouth rear end. I also have 2- 74 3/4 ton powerwagons 1- 66 powerwagon. and a 68 D300 dually. Lee
Add me to this group happily! I have the 40 plymouth, drive a 99 gran voy and the wife drives here 01 T/C...we like Mopars!
Oh, as for other Mopars, add my previously owned 70 dart, 71 swinger, 74 newport, 66 belveder, 72 satellite sebring plus, 80 aspen, 86 GLH turbo, 96 sebring and most of a 58 imperial{just for the hemi}.
I didn't even have a chance was Mopar from the start. When I was a kid my pops campained a 65 Plymouth my mom drove a 63 Sport Fury and all we had for work trucks on the farm were power wagons. My first car was a 1970 Dodge Dart Swinger 340. I have owned many, but my current field is 1931 Plymouth 270 Hemi project, 1977 383 powered Powerwagon, 1966 Plymouth Barracuda project, 2000 Jeep Grand daily driver. My user name is MONC440 - Mopar Or No Car / 440
I am pretty sure I have already posted on this thread, but I guess I should update.... I now have added a 57' plymouth to my motley collection, and somehow been collecting motors for it. Now have a beat 72' 440 core to build, a good runner industrial 413, and just bought a rebuilt 383. I have $300 into all three motors, and they all came fully dressed, and with transmissions. Sure the 383 was built for a boat, so I will have to remove all the marine stuff. It was originally a 64' passenger car engine, but has later heads, some nice cast aluminum Edelbrock valve covers, brand new Comp carter carb, and more goodies. Anyone need any big block mopar marine parts? lol
Yep, Definitely. Currently have a 66 Monaco hardtop and a Model A roadster project with a Dodge flathead 6 to power it
I used to love Mopars before the Corvette mentality took over the scene... but I still have one or two kicking around.....
I had a 70 GTX bad ass 440 Mag Engine with 4 speed...Damn fast car...Now i have a 56 F100 with a 383 & 727 trans along with Mopar front & Rear Suspension.
I'm a noob to the mopar mania. I bought a 48 Plymouth this year and am enjoying the hell out of it. I love the lines and the flathead six is an amazing piece of machinery. Add me to the fold fella's
2011 Ram 1500 laramie, 2009 Dodge Challenger SRT 6spd(just sold). 2007 Jeep Rubicon modded up(just sold), and my 1955 Dodge Coronet gasser with 383 that i am in middle of complete build....oh yeah, been mopar since birth, my father worked with Chrysler for 44 years starting in 1955.
my first love was a mopar, and they are still my favorite to this day i can still hear the mr.norm ads on WLS radio..... dyno tune timed and tested sun scoped and ready to go.
