Sloford, is that your wagon? We used to race against that car at Indy every weekend.

This is my old Wagon from circa 1972 at Beech Bend. Does anyone know its whereabouts today? I sold it late 1973 but my memory has failed me as to who bought it. Time has a way of doing that... I bought the "Critter" from Wayne Dokken in late '71 after he won D/SA at the Nationals with it that same year. She was a hauler in her day w/ 425hp/426c.i.

It was last known to be in Ohio about 8-10 years ago and was painted white and bracket racing. If any body has any info on the car I would like to hear from them. I would like to get it back and re-outfit for Nostalgia Super Stock. Any help would be most appreciated...

Totally OT and not a drag car. But it IS hauling ass! Tom Walkinshaw Racing's Volvo for the Brittish Touring Car Championship a few years back. It was so fast, the BTCC changed the rules to outlaw wagons (ie they banned it).

My favorite old drag cars were the 63 Tempests (wagon or 2-door), followed by the Ramchargers. Gary

Rene (The guy driving) is going through a tough time health wise these days with blood infections, pneumonia and a double valve replacement (Heart, not engine). It's been a hard battle but he should be home this week. Can't have a drag race season in Manitoba without this guy. I think he cut a light on God back when it all started...

Glad you doing better Rene !!

Can someone school me on the best way to set up a fuel cell in my OT wagon. I've posted on the appropriate forums yet no one has bothered to reply. It's a 72 Dodge Coronet wagon, 6 pass.

My older kids got their drivers license in this. I just hated the thought of selling it, SO...................looked around the shop, hit the swap meets, checked with friends and $4700 later...;)
