Setting tape question 35 Ford

I'm getting ready to install the windshield in my truck. Does the setting tape get folded over the edge so both sides are sealed or does it just go on the outside?

Also does anyone know the screw size to hold the frame halves together?

Setting tape goes on both sides of the glass.

I fold it over then hold it in place with electricians tape. it wont show when finished. then cut the bulge in the corners at a 45 degree. beat the frame on with a dead blow hammer insall the screws then trim the excess with a single edge razor
