  1. Yeah, I'm still full of emotion.. I miss him! Everything here reminds me of him. Now I have to see the big picture, that's presenting itself to me. It is what I make it.. off to work now!

  7. Time has been something that's crossed my mind, quite a bit more lately. Dad's obit will be in The Sun, for this Sundays paper. His service is going to be Feb 7th at 9:30AM. It will be at the Riverside National Cemetery. I like this picture of my Dad.

  19. Put a few minutes in today. Bolted everything back together and placed the h/lite buckets in there. Gave me a better idea of what still needs to be done.

Next the frt bumpers going back on, so I can finish the lower valance. I still have to fab & weld up the front lic plt area on the bumper. Then make some bmpr guards to attach a little father out, where the bumper bolts are.

He will be resting near my Dad too there.

  21. Had them snap off a pic for me, standing with Ray. He taught dad & uncle everything they knew. Ray was the first person in the San Bernardino area, spraying the pearls & candies. My uncle brought up a guy named, Sammy Rose. He was the one who gave them the nickname Heckle&Jeckle. I've never had the chance to meet Sammy Rose. I learned a lot today.. a lot! I like this picture, all I see are friends.

  26. Life throws you some crazy things at you, sometimes. Just have to keep going

Needed to cut down some caged nuts(insert pun here) So I tried to speed up the process. Put the nuts in a vise & stabbed 'em with a punch to keeps everything in line..

Then it was on to adding a filler strip to line the fender up, to the rockers. Fun-Fun!

Jay, genius idea, I have to do mine, couldn't find short ones either.

  28. I ordered some from the el camino store.. They sent me the same thing I already have

  29. So I tried the small shrinking disc, today. Both my disc, large and small are lop sided. They bounce on the sheet metal. Nothing like what I've seen in other videos. Wah!
