Folks Of Interest ***2012 Annual Mid-West HAMB-B-Q April 21st***

Yes, it is that time of year folks. Time to get your plans together for the annual Mid-West HAMB-B-Q. This is the 6th one I think? Help me out, I've lost track.

Here's the deal for this year:

Meet at NoSurf's casa just south of Abilene Kansas Saturday morning April 21st and drive to the outskirts of Inman Kansas for a down-home prepared breakfast and shop tour at HAMBer Kerry's house.

Then drive over to Hutchinson Kansas to the Kansas Cosmophere and Space Museum. After we have seen all that we want there, we'll head on back up to my place and eat BBQ.



This year I have a band coming to play in front of the barn in the early evening, and then after dark we'll watch some movies on said barn.

I look forward to seeing all my HAMB brethren again. Come early and stay late. People usually start getting to my place on Thursday or Friday before and stay thru Sunday. Tents, campers etc are welcome. Drive your hotrod or custom, or bring it, or come see others', whichever. This event is about the people. HAMBers from all over the Mid-West; Colorado, Nebraska, Missouri, Oklahoma and Kansas come out and hang out.

I'll save you others some grief this year........I"LL SLEEP IN MY CAR, with the windows rolled up so you won't hear me.

gas=$256 x 2 = $512

diesel=$310 x 2 = $620 (or less if get better mpg)
