Well, first - they're '61s (except the TBirds, which are 60s), not '63-'64s. Second - it was a promo that Ford did; they painted cars many different colors besides white but used only white ones for this promotion. It's been discussed earlier in this thread, and I think there's a few more pics of it as well.

Hey, Gary, very interesting pic. I'm sure she was a nice lady. But, given a choice, I think I'd rather get my photo taken on Santa's lap, rather than going into history like this.
