Looks like it is based on one of the old Dodge powered Travco motor homes.

I know what that was like... But hey, you are in AZ and that's where all the good stuff is. I'm making people down there rich selling me COE parts.

Do you operate a yard? I saw a CL ad for a place around Hastings that has a lot of old Ford stuff but they just returned my call and said they have nothing I need. I'd really like to find a hood for my '54 Ford C-800 Ford cab which is pictured a page back in this thread.

    Later Man...

Yeah, you're right. I think it would have been a lot nicer to make the*****pit a bit more distance driver friendly. What with all that seating room in the back it seems to be intended for long haul toting work with a crew. That driver's seat looks like a real roid rider to me. If I was going to pilot that thing cross country I'd have a really comfortable air ride seat up there. Does this thing have two engines or what? I see something sticking up out in the rear.

I think that's a whole air ride drivers platform, at least there are air hoses running to it. That appears to be a airbagged 5th wheel in the rear.

I guess you think that's the finished product, eh?

No, not really, but I did think that seat looked a bit spartan compared to the rest of it. You gotta admit, that is a pretty fancy rig and with all that extra passenger space I would have to think it's going to be pretty well tricked out.

That thing is really cool, some nice fabrication work there . Those CAT 3208T's sound great, and should move it along just fine too.

Autofab is about 15 minutes from here. I'll have to call down to see what's up. It's formerly Coleman Bros. shop, bldg still owned by Bill.
