How has the H.A.M.B. helped you ? Information , locating parts, historical info, whats the best thing you learned on the H.A.M.B. besides how much I save on car magagzines.

I don't know what I have learned that is any more important than anything else. I learn a lot of things from different people.

 

I learned not to post a picture of Ryan, and that some avatars are inappropriate.

 

That couldn't have taken long to learn. Did he slap ya or just delete ya?

 

I learned Rat Rodz suck, mid 30's and up trucks shouldn't be fenderless (exceptions), and I really shouldn't settle for a homemade coupster....I need to build what I want!

 

Best thing I learned about was the HAMB Drags.

 

I've learned to keep my Mouth Shut most of the time because some things are just beyond help. Trying to point that out just seems to Piss People Off.

Best lessons learned from the HAMB?

I learned to use the search function before starting a thread so guys like me don't post a link to an already existing thread with the same title

 

I have learned that the term rat rod will make grown men cry like a little girl.

 

That I'm not alone in my interests. That as the older I get and seperated from my old friends and lifestyle, I'm just a couple mouse clicks away from a whole bunch of cool guys and assholes just like myself (me = cool guy. you = assholes).

 

Not to post on peoples ads.been nicked twice.

 

Any thread title with the words s-10, laying frame, slammed will get a one star rating in seconds

 

Wiz, never figured you one to hold back. But you're absolutely right someone has a signature about arguing with a fool and every time I read it brings it all home. Not sure how one would or could come up with an answer for this thread.

OK, I joked in an earlier post, but seriously....I love the fabrication and metal shaping threads..they have taught me a lot.

 

I've learned quite a bit. The latest would be how to go about properly installing a T5 behind my 235. Also, people who claim to hate drama love to dogpile into it and roll around in it.
