    Cool. My mom has a 29 Durant. Nice car, but parts are a PITA. I'm still looking for a fuel cap for it.

    Nah, man, a Durant cries out for a Continental flathead six - maybe with a Kaiser supercharger.

    I wish! I'll be happy with an old buick nail head or old caddy and maybe even a olds or pontiac -Def. something different I alway use sbc- not this time ...... unless its free!

    Looks like a rad project. I like RPUs and the Durant cowl is an interesting place to start. Go man, go.

    My headlights are from a 1914-1916???? National and the grille is 29 durant
    this might be traditional enought to leave posted

    If you can't find a big Durant flathead six (Continental), stick a ChrisCraft marine engine in there...they're big and torquey

    Doesn't look too different from a '30-'31 Ford roadster windshield. Or, there's always the vee'd, speedboat style.

    I thought about modifing a model a windshield but ..... its the missing posts that concern me, not sure if roadster posts will work

    I've seen tech articles on fabbing a Hallock-style windshield. It's definitely doable.

    Street Rodder or Rod & Custom, probably in the 2004-2009 period. Sorry I can't be more specific, but I just threw all my magazines away.
